60s inspired custom art tiles and coloured window film on Carnaby Apartments for @columbiaestates.je and @socratesarchitects transformation of a former bank and offices into 32 energy-efficient apartments.
The percentage for art is an internationally recognised funding mechanism where developers are encouraged to allocate a percentage of the capital costs, towards the provision of public art.
